  Q. Will you come to my house and repair my PC here?
  A. Yes.
     
  Q. Do you charge a flat fee or by the hour?
  A. Services performed at your home are charged by the hour.
We charge for the time spent with you. Unlike some other
companies, we don't charge a fee to diagnose, then another
for repairs, another charge for software, another for viruses, etc.
You pay only for the time we spend with you.
     
  Q. Is there a minimum fee for home repairs?
  A. Yes. One hour.
     
  Q. I think my PC is really messed up. What's the best way to handle this?
  A. If your PC is horribly infected with viruses and/or spyware, then it is generally less expensive to let us fix it at our office. We will diagnose it and give you a flat fee to repair it.

  Q. Do I really need an Antivirus program?
  A. ABSOLUTELY!  The average time for a Windows PC without Antivirus protection to become infected when accessing the internet is 20 MINUTES!
     
  Q. What is the best Antivirus program?
  A. NOD32.
     
  Q. But my new Dell/HP/etc. PC came with an Antivirus program. What's wrong with that one?
  A. They are 30 or 60 day trials. Once that period is up, you must renew or upgrade the software. Considering these programs aren't terribly effective to begin with, you're better off installing a program that will give you the maximum amount of protection for about the same price.
     
  Q. I can't afford annual Antivirus subscription fees. What can I do?
  A. AVG and Avast both provide competent FREE Antivirus programs to home users. Type "AVG antivirus" or "Avast antivirus" into Google to find them.
     
  Q. Help! I need my data back from my crashed PC!
  A. Don't panic!  Don't start/run the PC. Call us instead. We can recover data most of the time with forensic tools if the hard drive has not blown up. This is a shop service. It can take anywhere from 8 hours to several days to recover the data with special tools. We don't charge you hourly fees while these tools run on our workbench.
